Rent a Kayak at Cassis and Marseille Calanques
General Terms and Conditions
Reservation:
Only a confirmed reservation upon receipt of full payment guarantee your boat rent or hike booking.
Payment:
On-line by credit card (PayPal) or bank transfer.
Currency:
Rates are quoted in Euro including all taxes.
Offers validity:
60 days from the date of the quotation.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation by the participant: Every cancellation undergoes a total or a partial withholding from the total amount (see table below). This can be deducted only from an upcoming hike or rent.
K6 Yachting Ltd. reserves the cancellation right benefits if it is imposed by unbeatable circumstances or for some reasons relating to the safety of participants. Customers will be refund in full amount which is already paid; this cancellation gives no right at partecipant to demand a compensation for damages.
Cancellation fees:
Less than 7 days. 100% of the total amount.
Between 7 and 15 days. 85 % of the total amount.
Between 15 and 31 days. 75 % of the total amount.
Between 31 and 62 days. 50 % of the total amount.
Between 62 and 90 days. 30 % of the total amount.
Date changing:
It is possible to postpone your hike or your rent for another date. If this change is dated for more than 21 days of your departure, a deduction of 30€ will be demanded for the application fees, if this change is less than 21 days of your departure; it will be considered as a cancellation and it will submits to cancellation fees as listed above.
Claims:
Claims about hiking or rentals issues must be received to us maximum within 30 next days; notifications must be in writing or by e-mail to contact @ k6yachting.com
