I cannot find your phone number... How can I contact you ?
Well, we prefer reservations online and we try to provide as much information as possible on our website about our rentals.
Everything now goes through Internet, from the same way also people reserve a hotel room online, therefore they can also easily reserve for leisure stuff so the rental of kayaks is done on the net without phoning us. It is our policy! And for this reason that the phone will be used only after we ensure your reservation.

Can I achieve a direct payment ?
For organizational reasons, we do not accept direct payments. Reservations are confirmed only after payment by credit card (Paypal) or bank transfer.
This allows you to arrive quietly, with just your confirmed reservation sheet on which we indicate the departure place; you need only to prepare your things and to have our phone number to contact us. No stress! Everything is clear; you don’t need a checkbook or cash. You come and your kayak is yours, you just go to get the most enjoyable trip ever lived!

What are the advantages to reserve in advance on your site? And if the weather is bad? Will I be reimbursed ?
If the sea is very agitated or there is too much wind for kayaking, you can postpone your trip to another day (or another half-day) or to get your full refund. Reimbursement is done directly through PayPal.
The equipment is new, kayaks, life vests and bags, paddles are not heavy and very easy to handle.
Will I receive a confirmation once I have paid by credit card ?
Of course! If we confirm to you the availability of kayaks, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation ready to be printed and presented the day of the rental or the hiking to the responsible of the company who gets the full list of people who have reserved. In this confirmation, we indicate the departure place, stuff to be taken with you and we give you our phone number to contact us.
If for some reasons we don’t consider your reservation, we will refund your PayPal transaction immediately.
Is it possible to park ?
You can park in private parking (6€ the day), but you must come early to find available places!
For groups, you must know that access to the site is prohibited for coaches.
At which hour the rendezvous is? And if I come late ?
Hours are :
- The day-time formula: starting between 9:00 and 10:00, return before 6:00
- The half day-time formula, morning: starting between 9:00 and 10:00, return before 1:00
- The half day-time formula, afternoon: starting between 1:00 and 2:00, return before 6:00
If you are late or planning to become, it doesn’t matter, just let us know by phone (the number is provided in your reservation sheet).
Please respect the schedules of returns, especially the half-day morning, as others may have reserved your kayak for the afternoon. Thank you!
Our 10 years old child can come with us on the kayak ?
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised under an adult responsibility.
You can rent a double kayak place with a child between 7 and 12 years old with one condition that he is able to swim. You must present a swimming certificate (25 meters) of your child.
Should be an athlete or have special training to rent your kayaks ?
No experience is required, it is not necessary to know how to kayak to participate on our offered rides, no special training is needed, on the other hand, it is important to not overestimate your own abilities and wanting to visit more creeks than possible in one day… Better to be reasonable, have regular breaks in order to eat a fast food to keep going and return slowly to the place of departure.
Do you have one-place kayaks ?
Yes, we have 3 now, you can see them here.
- A Peekaboo, which has the distinction of having one integrated window in the middle to see the bottom of the water, especially this is transparent; it is highly appealing to children! It can accommodate an adult and possibly a child less than 12 years, in this case, only the adult can paddle.
- Two Mysto ocean color very handy, soft, compact and stable. The color is really special (it goes from blue to green through the white)! It is intended for an adult. They are all equipped with very comfortable backrest for the back and a lightweight aluminum paddle. There is also an available place for a dry bag.
Where will I put my things ? There is a dry bag provided ?
We provide free of cost a dry waterproof bag of 30 or 40 liters per kayak to put your stuff and keep them dry. For other stuff, there is an available place on the kayak to put 1 or 2 small(s) backpack(s) and more.
What should I take with me on the kayak ?
We advise you to do the following: (a mobile phone is needed in case of problems):
- Sunscreen
- Cap/Hat
- Sunglasses
- Closed shoes that can be used in the water
- Water bottle
- Picnic if the rental is for a full day-time
- Cereal bars or dried fruit
- Camera
How long does it take to join the other creeks ?
The departure place, is directly into the Calanque of Port-Miou, it is the perfect place to discover with your family or your friends the creeks of Cassis safely. It takes only about 20/25 minutes to join the beautiful Calanques of Port-Pin and En-Vau, which deserve to have a precious look on them! In contrast, if you go to the Cassis beach you will need 2 hours just to "go – back" to the creek of Port Miou (see the picture)
If you practice sport regularly and you're in a good shape, you can go to the creek of "Oule", about one hour from the departure point you can enjoy your eyes by seeing a nice cave and the "Eissadon" hollow, it is a unique experience if the sea is smooth!
How hikings are organized? Who supervise them ?
Hikes are arranged for groups (minimum 10 persons).
Our guides are all (National Agree Canoeing Certificate) guides, they are very familiar with creeks of Cassis. They will guide you to discover magical places safely!
During the hike, your guide has a first aid kit, a tow rope, a spare paddle, a phone in a watertight case and a sound signaling device.
Before every hike, you receive a basic training on safety and the basics of sea kayaking.
The guide is informed of the latest marine weather forecasts and can make the decision to cancel or to postpone the hike.
The material used is brand new and complies with European standards.

Can I rent a kayak "only for 1 hour"?
No, for organizational reasons, it is not possible to rent a kayak for 1 hour.
Our rental times are on a half daytime or full daytime.
Our timetable is as follows :
